From the hardwood courts of the British Basketball League to the heart of community activism, a former Manchester Giants professional basketball player is shifting his focus from scoring points to changing lives. He has officially launched a new purpose-driven food business dedicated to feeding and supporting vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness.

This isn't his first venture into the Manchester business scene. After successfully opening one of the biggest barbershops in Manchester, he is leveraging his entrepreneurial experience to build a unique social enterprise model where the forefront of the business is helping others.

While the barbershop brought people together, his new food venture aims to tackle a much critical issue: food insecurity among the city's most vulnerable populations.

"To be able to show the world that a business model works when its main goal is to lift others up is a beautiful thing," he shares. It’s a mission born out of a desire to look after the community that supported him throughout his athletic career.
